• You must be a citizen of: Cambodia, Lao PRD, Thailand, Viet Nam, Indonesia, Philippines, ASEAN Secretariat, Timor Leste, Malaysia, Brunei, or Singapore
• You should be a mid-level public service official (with at least five years’ relevant work experience) 
• You should have intermediate level English language proficiency
