• You must be a citizen of: ASEAN Secretariat, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor-Leste, or Viet Nam
• You should be a mid-level public service official (with at least five years’ relevant work experience) 
• You should have intermediate level English language proficiency
